By using this site or buying a piece from BelemK Gallery, you're agreeing to these terms.
Every piece is a one-of-a-kind object from a personal collection built over decades, not mass-produced inventory. As noted on each listing: individual piece records like exact artist and precise origin often weren't kept, so region, material, and history shown are general descriptions, not verified attributions for that specific object, unless a listing says otherwise. Pricing is banded to comparable current market listings for that type of piece, not an individual professional appraisal. Dimensions, weight, and photos are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variation is possible with hand-carved, vintage objects.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a piece is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full, even after checkout has completed.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Where offered, installment/financing options (like Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm) are provided and governed by those companies' own terms — BelemK Gallery isn't the lender.

Because each piece is a one-of-a-kind object, all sales are final once a piece is delivered in the condition described — except if it arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its listing. Contact us within 5 days of delivery in either of those cases and we'll work out a repair, replacement, partial refund, or return.
Once a piece sells, it's removed from availability automatically. In the rare case a piece shows as available but has actually already sold, we'll notify you and refund the charge in full.
Submitting a piece through the consignment form is just a starting point for a conversation — it doesn't obligate BelemK Gallery to list, purchase, or display it.
BelemK Gallery isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site, to the extent allowed by law. Nothing here limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
